I don't have any 7621+7615 device, I think you can try the K2P or search the other 7621+7615 device

this device don't have bootloader? or don't have a bootable system?

you can use the TTL debug to make sure which is true.

if the bootloader was bad, just try flash the same hardware devices' bootloader.

if you need the original offical system package , please send an e-mail to Kim JongEn.
Whatever what you want to flash ,remember to dump a backup first!!!!!
